Paso Verde STEAM School
Paso Verde School is the newest Elementary School in Sacramento, CA. When the vision of the school first began to form, Natomas Unified School District (NUSD) knew that they wanted the school’s focus to be on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (STEAM).
WB Manufacturing worked created a custom design package for the school that included products for the new library as well as a Tinker Space for the students.
For their Tinker Space, Paso Verde requested a workstation that would allow up to 8 students to tinker and work collaboratively. In order to completely meet the needs of Paso Verde’s school, WB Manufacturing customized one of our best selling STEM lab... products, the Urban Edge. We also utilized our new ELO® Court Table to create a space away from the workstations that gave the students plenty of room to plan out the their approach to the task at hand.
For the library, Paso Verde choose our REplay® tall bookshelves. These free standing bookshelves have the ability to be anchored to the wall when needed, but as the school grows and changes they can be easily moved. For a school that already has an expansion on the horizon, this feature was important. On top of that, WB Manufacturing was able to deliver the product ahead of schedule, allowing the school’s general contractor plenty of time for the installation. Download Case Study
