Digital Marketer

Purpose of Position:  This position will create, introduce and maintain promotional materials, videos, social media posts, marketing campaigns, internal documents and website for our different markets and product lines while adhering to WB brand strategies.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the company’s social media platforms, updating content regularly and developing strategies to increase followers
  • Produce videos to include:  information videos on WB’s Products/Services, instructional/assembly videos for WB’s Product Line
  • Support Sales and other WB staff with projects requiring specific literature, sell sheets, samples or other projects ensuring current and accurate information.
  • Assist with various promotions such as mailings, catalogs and other print and video projects.
  • Generate ideas with experience and market research of products and assist in the development, launch and implementation of new products.
  • Retain the organizational structure of data within various databases and programs.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and promote teamwork within the department and between departments to retain WB’s positive working environment.
  • Abide by the policies and procedures of WB Manufacturing and the Marketing and Sales Department while working to achieve our shared goals.
  • Perform assigned duties from Manager.

 

Education and Qualification Requirements:

  • A degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Graphic Design.
  • Clear communication and organizational skills in an office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete projects by deadline while under pressure.
  • Photography and video shooting and editing capabilities
  • Proficient design and editing knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop or similar software.
  • Highly competent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team to complete assignments.
  • Provide friendly customer service and public relations skills to clients and partners.
  • Availability to work overtime when required to meet deadlines and during peak seasons.

Additional Qualifications Preferred but not Required:

  • Experience with HTML, CSS and web development

General Labor/Machine Operators/Material Handlers

The company will continue to grow through the next year and we continue to seek employees for all shifts who have demonstrated reliability through their good work history, attendance records and who have a desire to train into new positions. Starting Pay is $13.50 to $15.50 depending on position plus Shift Pay:

$2.50/hr 2nd Shift Differential

$3.50/hr Wkend Shift Differential

  • 1st Shift runs 4:45am to 3:15pm Monday – Friday
  • 2nd Shift runs 3:15pm to 1:45am Monday – Friday
  • Wkend Shift runs 4:30am to 5:00pm Fri, Sat, Sun - Work 36 hours get paid for 40

Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Minimum Starting wage of $21/hr + $2.50 shift differential

The Maintenance Technician will ensure production equipment continues to operate safely and efficiently by analyzing and troubleshooting electrical, automation, mechanical and operational problems on all equipment and make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality. This position will also help with the installation of new & existing equipment.

To be successful in this position, you must be highly motivated and able to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented candidates, with strong multi-tasking and time-management skills

Qualifications and Skills required include:

  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training
  • Knowledge of industrial electrical, control, and instrumentation systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot, modify, and program PLCs and HMIs
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain frequency drives
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance/manufacturing manuals and blueprints
  • Ability to use electrical and electronic test instruments as well as a full range of precision measuring tools to perform equipment repairs
  • Ability to use hand tools and trades type tools
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule if needed to include days, and weekends 
  • Ability to repair, rebuild, or overhaul equipment
  • Basic knowledge of heating & plumbing

Designer/Programmer

Position Summary: To complete configuration of standard, special and custom products.  This position will complete Solid Works design work as needed, in a timely manner.  Analyzes, plans, and completes projects to detailed specifications. This position will report to the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities: 
• 
Configure standard and special units in Solid Works.
• Write CNC Programs for products using a Routing Software/Program.
• Has demonstrated capability to perform multiple assignments under team leadership.
• Perform project management responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Provide guidance to team members on technical problems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Must be willing to work overtime during busy season.
• Uses Drafting standards to complete Solid Works/Auto Cad drawings.
• Uses Furniture Design Standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• 
Associate degree in Mechanical Design with at least 2 years’ work experience; Design experience preferred. Or any combination of education and experience to be equivalent.
• Working knowledge of software technologies used with the engineering area, including Solidworks. Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record leading successful projects.
• Must have excellent judgment and leadership skills.
• Requires well-developed communication skills and the ability to maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Production and customers.

Forklift Operators - 2nd Shift

work schedule will be 3:15pm to 1:45am m-f

Minimum Qualifications Include:

  • 3-5 years recent forklift experience with either stand-up or sit-down machines performing material handling, hardware pulling and loading/unloading trucks
  • Must be a reliable worker with excellent work history
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Must be highly safety conscious
